Terms & conditions

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is requested on advance bookings.
We request that you send either 20% of the room booking or £20 whichever is the greater
We will reserve the room for three working days from a verbal or email booking, pending the deposit.
Bed & Breakfast deposit payments are non refundable
There is a £25 charge for replacement keys.

Cancellations or failure to take up reservation
Full charge will be applied on cancellation in the event we are unable to re-let the room.
In the event of terminating your stay before the date agreed, then you may be liable to pay the full amount as detailed on the booking confirmation.
We advise you to make your own arrangements for cancellation insurance.

Payment
Cash, Debit Card or Cheques (with Bankers card) are acceptable, made payable to Jennifer Baker.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival is normally between 4:00pm and 6:00pm and departure before 10:00am. Should you find these times inconvenient, please contact us.
If the room is not vacated by 10.00am a charge may be made for the following night as it may not be possible to service the room in time to re-let.

Smoking policy
For the convenience of other guests the house is a non-smoking area, although you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Due to the age and construction of the house, we regret that the property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
